The previous Carnival Australia (CAU) website was designed and developed in 2004 and required a complete overhaul in order to meet the demands of CAU’s target audiences and stakeholders. In particular, there was a need to provide the audience a clear path to information, as well as promoting and enhancing the corporate image of CAU and its brands.
Deepend conducted UX research and designed and built a responsive site on the Umbraco platform. The site is clean and simple and allows users to quickly find the information they’re looking for. In addition, the site provides a much simplified and effective CMS to better facilitate content upload by administrators.
The client was thrilled with the new site and couldn’t wait to start promoting it.
